Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). DSPs assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.
We offer paid training and a mission-driven environment with opportunities for growth. Starting pay ranges from $15.40 to $17 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments when averaging 20+ hours
