To read more about what our tech team does, be sure to visit our tech blog h As part of the Ally Tech Labs team, the Software Engineer explores and experiments with cutting‑edge technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) frameworks like Lang Chain.

The Senior Software Engineer develops proofs‑of‑concept and prototypes to assess the potential of these emerging technologies. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, testing, and support of innovative marketing software solutions and enhancements. They will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. They will code and debug new features and functionalities to improve user experience and drive customer engagement.

The Senior Software Engineer stays up‑to‑date with industry trends and attends relevant conferences / meetups to identify opportunities for leveraging AI capabilities. They ensure software quality through rigorous testing, debugging processes, and adherence to the best practices in AI development and deployment.

• Collaborates with other developers and provides significant contributions to develop specifications to resolve business client questions, problems, and to address enhancement needs.
• Uses technical knowledge, creativity and company practices and priorities to obtain solutions to complex problems.
• Interfaces with senior management to provide and obtain information and to build consensus regarding project direction.
• Interacts directly with business clients.

• 1+ years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related discipline preferred.
• Knowledge of all phases of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support.
• Experience writing and reviewing software design specifications in an object‑oriented development environment.
• Experience with Terraform and AWS Strong knowledge of technologies used within aligned function to engineer solutions. Examples include but are not limited to React/Next.js, Python, Type Script, AWS, Terraform.
• Familiarity with AI / GenAI technologies, preferred Artificial intelligence (AI) frameworks similar to Lang Chain, Lang Graph.
