i9 Sports Volleyball Site Manager

As the i9 Sports Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a superior sports experience and ensuring the seamless game-day operations of our Volleyball program. We are seeking a high-energy, organized, and solution-oriented leader with a passion for volleyball and a knack for working with adults and children.

  Myrtle Grove Middle School, Wilmington
• Day:
  Sundays only
• Dates:
  March 22 – May 10 (
  
  Note:
  
  No games April 5 for Easter)
• Hours:
  
  Approximately 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Requirement:
  Must be available for every scheduled Sunday of the season.

• Lead Volleyball Operations:
  Execute the setup and breakdown of volleyball nets and equipment, ensuring a safe and professional environment.
• Leadership:
  Supervise and manage a team of part-time staff and volunteer coaches, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
• On-Site Coordination:
  Oversee the smooth operation of the court and ensure games run precisely according to the Sunday schedule.
• Culture Building:
  Promote core i9 Sports values, including sportsmanship, fairness, and respect for all participants.
• Customer Excellence:
  Maintain a positive attitude and exhibit superior customer service to enhance the overall experience for families.

• Experience:
  
  Previous leadership experience and a strong background in volleyball (coaching, playing, or officiating) is required.
• Communication:
  Excellent organizational skills to efficiently coordinate game-day activities and manage staff. Effectively communicate with parents, coaches, staff, and players with confidence.
• Reliability:
  Self-motivated and able to work independently, making proactive decisions to prioritize player safety and positive culture.
• Integrity:
  Must successfully pass a comprehensive National Criminal Background Check.

$18.00 per hour
