We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver and Nursery Logistics Specialist to join our team. This role involves coordinating and executing the delivery and internal transportation of nursery products, managing logistics, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving and delivery routes, with the ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting and moving.

• Safely operate box trucks, goose neck trailers, etc., to deliver nursery products to customers and retail locations.
• Load and unload goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques while adhering to safety protocols.
• Operate light machinery such as skid steers and small tractors for nursery needs.
• Manage route driving efficiently to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate delivery documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist with light nursery/farm work as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of delivery vehicles and warehouse areas.

• Previous experience in delivery driving or courier services.
• Experience with machinery such as Skid Steers and Tractors is a plus.
• Warehouse experience involving loading/unloading, inventory management, or forklift operation is a plus.
• Familiarity with route driving and logistics coordination is highly desirable.
• Prior experience with heavy lifting, moving equipment, or manual transmission vehicles will be advantageous.
• Customer service skills are essential for ensuring positive interactions with clients during deliveries.
• Valid driver’s license is required. Clean driving record is a must.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) is preferred.
