Pay Rate: $16 per hour
$250 signing bonus, after successful completion of first 90 days!
Position SummaryThis role's main responsibility will be to pick the items from the bins appropriately. Accuracy and efficiency are paramount to the success of this role.
Position Responsibilities- Ensure quality items are put into every single box during packing
- Read pick tickets and correctly pick items based on orders
- Contribute to the warehouse team: help organize, pack and clean Hub work areas daily
- Pack every box efficiently, correctly with appropriate contents as instructed, and with a level of care satisfactory to the Packing Team and the Supervisor
- Assist with Inventory & Returns as needed
- Always ask if anything is unclear, misunderstood, seems out-of-place, or is unsafe in any way.
- Effectively communicate needs, ideas, and questions with Team Members and Managers, to always ensure operational efficiency
- Understand the expectations of workplace safety and use good judgment to create an injury-free workplace
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required
- High attention to detail
- Ability to effectively work individually and/or in a team environment
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
- Ability to respond to frequent demands of high-profile customers
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Position to start as soon as possible with training to start immediately. Shift is 7:00 A.M.
-4:00 PM. Candidate must be able to work 8+ hours a day, stand on their feet for extended periods of time, and lift and carry 20+ pounds.
