Materials & Inventory Coordinator - Wilmington, NC

Bath Fitter is looking for a dependable and organized Shop Hand to help keep our branch running smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and supporting a hardworking team. A key part of this position is making sure installers have the correct materials, tools, and supplies prepared and ready for each installation.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Receive shipments and organize inventory
• Pull and stage materials for upcoming installations
• Ensure installers have the correct supplies, tools, and products ready each day
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
• Track inventory levels and notify leadership of supply needs
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and products
• Support installers with materials and installation preparation
• Complete service calls and basic repair support as needed
• Help maintain branch vehicles and equipment schedules
• Follow Bath Fitter safety and installation standards
• Provide professional and respectful service during customer interactions
• Work closely with the Branch team to support daily operations

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using basic tools and equipment
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Basic computer or inventory tracking experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Lifting materials and supplies up to 50 lbs
• Moving products, tools, and installation materials throughout the warehouse
• Occasional bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching
• Working safely with warehouse equipment and PPE
