As a Warehouse Lead
, you will play a crucial role in managing the distribution of doors and windows within a fast‑paced warehouse environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the warehouse, leading a team, and maintaining organization and efficiency in the handling of our building materials.

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse, focusing on the proper handling, storage, and distribution of doors and windows.
• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Ensure safety standards and quality control are consistently maintained.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee order fulfillment processes.

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, particularly with building materials, is a plus.
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to lead a team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Ability to commute to Wilmington, NC (Required).

• Competitive Pay
  : $16 - $18 per hour depending on experience.

  Consistent Monday through Friday schedule (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
