Job Summary

The Lead Title Auditor within the Release Services Group will serve as a subject‑matter expert for all areas of the group, acting as a front‑line resource for team member inquiries, performing daily transaction fulfillment, facilitating team training, and ensuring achievement of department service level and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of tasks in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
  • Adhere to established procedures and compliance requirements during sorting, organizing, validating, pulling, signing off, executing, shipping, and related activities for documents.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert and frontline resource for all department questions.
  • Train team members in business processes and specific client/department requirements.
  • Support leadership in maintaining workflow, generating reports, and assigning tasks to meet service level and quality goals.
  • Use proprietary software for research and data entry.
  • Research, analyze, and resolve problems promptly.
  • Act as a positive role model for team members in all performance areas.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including overtime, as business needs arise.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • High School Diploma, GED, or comparable certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Preferred
  • Experience in a fast‑paced production environment.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Familiarity with the automotive, titling, or finance industry.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to organize and prioritize daily work.
  • Capability to perform routine and repetitive production work.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Tolerance for prolonged exposure to computer screens.
  • Primary schedule is Day Shift, Monday – Friday; overtime, evening, holiday, or weekend shifts may be required.
  • Ability to lift or push up to 35 lbs.
Compensation

The hourly rate range for this position is $22.50 – $28.00. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skill set, education, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors permitted by law.
