Lead Title Specialist; Onsite: Wilmington, OH

As a subject matter expert in the Release Services Group, the Lead Title Specialist will perform daily transaction fulfillment, train team members, and ensure department service level and quality goals are met.

• Manage a high volume of tasks in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
• Adhere to established procedures and compliance requirements for sorting, organizing, validating, pulling, signing off/executing, shipping, and related document activities.
• Serve as a front‑line resource and subject matter expert for department questions.
• Train team members on business processes, client/department requirements, and expectations.
• Assist leadership with workflow, report generation, and task assignment.
• Use company proprietary software for research and data entry.
• Research, analyze, and resolve problems promptly.
• Model positive performance for the team.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Maintain a flexible schedule that may include overtime.

• High School Diploma, GED, or comparable education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

• Experience in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Familiarity with the automotive, titling, or finance industry.
• Critical thinking ability.
• Proven organizational and prioritization skills.

• Routine production work; sit or stand for long periods.
• Exposure to computer screens.
• Day shift Monday‑Friday with potential overtime, evenings, holidays, or weekends.
• Ability to lift or push up to 35 lbs.

Hourly rate: $22.50 – $28.00. Final compensation will be based on experience, education, and market factors.
