Graphic Designer — Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Job DescriptionR+L Carriers is seeking an organized and proactive Graphic Designer at our Wilmington, OH Service Center. The Graphic Designer will support the marketing team by developing print and online design solutions that align with corporate communications, training, and marketing strategies. The role includes creating and maintaining engaging digital content for stakeholders and ensuring all projects follow brand standards and established processes for quality outcomes.
This position involves providing creative solutions across various print and web projects, managing the entire production process from concept to final delivery, effectively handling multiple projects at different stages, maintaining strong organizational skills, and paying close attention to detail when proofing content. You will collaborate with team members and leadership at all levels and consistently update project progress using our collaborative project management tools.
- Support the marketing team by developing print and online design solutions that align with brand standards
- Create and maintain engaging digital content for stakeholders
- Manage the entire production process from concept to final delivery
- Coordinate multiple projects at various stages, with strong organization and attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members and leadership at all levels and update project progress in project management tools
- A minimum of five years’ professional experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio across print and digital media
- Strong design and typography skills and the ability to communicate through visual messaging
- Expert knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Initiative and willingness to embrace challenges to ensure successful outcomes
- Ability to develop good rapport with staff and vendors to meet customer expectations
- Associate’s degree or higher in Web, Graphic Design or Electronic Media
- Willingness to accept and respond to creative direction
- Passion for continuous learning, growth, and innovation in design

- Some knowledge of prepress processes and print file preparation
- Experience with photography, videography/editing, or digital signage
- Exposure to UX/UI tools (e.g., Figma) or basic understanding of HTML/CSS
