Full Time support Wilmington, OH, US

This role will support the College’s digital storytelling and production of media assets. From filming and video editing to social media creation, this role is ideal for a creative storyteller who thrives on turning raw footage and ideas into compelling content that engages our audience.

• Work closely with leadership in PR, Communications and Marketing to support the digital content creation and overall marketing efforts in a manner consistent with the College’s marketing strategies
• Plan, film, and edit video content for social media, web, and other digital platforms
• Collaborate with staff, faculty and students to identify and capture stories worth telling through various digital platforms
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual style across all works
• Stay current on social media trends and video production techniques

• Bachelor’s degree in Film and Media Production or a related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in video editing
• Experience in a higher education setting a plus
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro as well as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom
• Experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In, Facebook etc.) and best practices for each
• Excellent storytelling instincts and attention to detail
• A proactive, energetic approach to work, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

This position reports to the Director of Communication & Enrollment Operations
