Description

The Front Office Guest Service Representative provides exceptional guest service at the front desk including check-in, check-out, and support. This position requires open availability from the candidate. Assigned shifts could vary from AM to PM as well as scheduled work days.

Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Service Representative to join our Front Desk team at Holiday Inn. This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences from check-in through check-out while ensuring efficient hotel operations and adherence to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival with a welcoming and professional demeanor
  • Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel property management systems (e.g., UKG/Opera or applicable system)
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Process payments, post charges, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
  • Follow all brand standards, safety protocols, and company policies
