Job Description
Title: Call Center, Customer Service Clerk
Location: Wilmington, OH Service Center office
Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
Salary: Starting at $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities- Answer calls on a multi‑line system
- Redirect calls to appropriate contacts
- Data entry
- Process driver paperwork
- Assist dispatchers
- Other duties may apply as requested by management
- Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
- Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
- Dependable and well organized
- Must be computer literate
- Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
