Overview
The Reliability Analyst will monitor and analyze component and system reliability data; provide recommendations regarding individual component and system performance, maintenance practices and company procedures to address problem areas, improve operational reliability and control costs; perform risk analysis and assessment; coordinate efforts with other departments; prepare daily, weekly and monthly reliability reports; enter online FAA reporting data such as SDR and ETOPs Events;
research, analyze and produce other reliability reports, graphs and presentations as requested to support the airline.
- Must have HSD/GED
- Two (2) years or more of work experience in a FAR 121 Airline Engineering, Reliability or Maintenance Program Department
- Seven (7) years work experience in the maintenance of transport category aircraft or military aircraft, four (4) years of which were in the capacity of a technician
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products, advanced experience with Excel
- Ability to categorize discrepancies and correction action in accordance with ATA Spec 100/2200
- Understanding of aircraft terminology and experience conducting research in aircraft technical documents such as Illustrated Parts Catalogs, Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, Service Bulletins and other technical data related to aircraft maintenance
- Experience with computerized aircraft maintenance systems such as MXI, Trax, Maintenix, AMOS, or other systems
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant License
- Associate Degree in Aircraft Technology, Engineering or similar technical field
- College level courses or experience in statistics and reliability concepts
- Previous Part 121 Airline Reliability Analyst experience
- Airline Reliability training/experience with AC120-17
Compensation for this role is based on experience and is within the following pay range: $70,000 to $79,000
