Responsibilities
- Open customer accounts and perform account maintenance.
- Operate a teller drawer as directed by management.
- Support client engagement through active calling, client conversations, and follow‑up.
- Perform daily activities that align with The First Financial Bank Experience (FFB Experience), such as partnering with internal constituencies to provide appropriate expertise for service or solutions.
- Ensure client follow‑up calls are conducted within the proper time frame.
- Maintain all operational and risk‑management standards.
- Assist clients in transacting business at the branch, drive‑thru, by phone, and via email.
- Model First Financial’s Mission and Values for peers and coworkers.
- Adhere to all compliance and regulatory procedures.
- Act as a client’s personal trusted advisor, adding value and building deep client relationships through the First Client Conversation Model.
- Participate in and lead First Financial Bank Experience activities, including site‑center huddles and meetings to support sales and service efforts.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales, service, and referral goals set by management, collaborating with District and line‑of‑business teams to help clients meet their financial needs.
- Provide digital assistance and support for clients using the bank’s online offerings.
- Stay informed of all bank products, processes, and procedures, especially those that are most complex.
- 2–3 years of client service experience in a retail environment.
- 2–3 years of sales and service experience with a proven track record of meeting sales and service goals in a retail setting.
- High school diploma or GED required;
Associate’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in sales preferred. - Strong sales skills and the ability to build deep client relationships.
- Knowledge of bank operations, risk and compliance requirements, and the First Client Conversation Model.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Occasionally lifts and carries up to 20lbs; frequently lifts and carries up to 10lbs; frequently sits, stands, walks, and drives.

Pay Scale: $18.00 – $20.67 per hour.
