Continental Manor is a long-term care facility in Blanchester committed to providing quality care to our residents. We’re growing and searching for compassionate, skilled caregivers to join our team and make a meaningful difference.

As an STNA, you’ll provide direct and indirect care to residents under the guidance of an RN or LPN. This includes assisting with daily activities, personal care, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.

• Measure and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, etc.)

• Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, feeding, and incontinence care

• Provide emotional support to residents and families

• Maintain accurate records of care and report progress or concerns

• Follow facility procedures for admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Perform other tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid STNA certification in Ohio
