Responsibilities
  • Oversee all property departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, retail, sales, and marketing, to ensure superior customer service standards are maintained.
  • Lead revenue management efforts by reviewing unit availability and pricing strategies, identifying opportunities to enhance revenues.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process and ensure accurate and timely completion of weekly forecasts.
  • Ensure consistent cleanliness and sanitation across all areas, maintaining compliance with health department regulations.
  • Conduct weekly unit inspections and report findings to Asset Management.
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns, maintain thorough guest interaction logs for quality control and follow-through.
  • Direct training, development, and scheduling of staff to encourage professional growth and drive productivity while staying within budget.
  • Collaborate with all departments to deliver a seamless experience for guests and team members, promoting a positive organizational culture.
  • Enforce proper accounting procedures, manage vendor relationships, and oversee inventory and invoice processing.
  • Implement recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and performance review guidelines for all property departments.
Must-Have Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Operations, Hospitality, Hotel, Food & Beverage, Retail, Accounting, or Human Resources.
  • Proven leadership with executive presence and confident management style.
  • Strong customer service skills, both internal and external.
  • Revenue management and budgeting expertise.
  • Experience with hotel and POS operating systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening and written/verbal proficiency.
  • Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience managing equestrian event venues or sports-related hospitality environments.
  • Background in retail or food and beverage operations within luxury hospitality settings.
  • Conflict resolution and advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computational ability.
  • Ability to work in variable weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Experience developing operational and sales policies and procedures.
  • Successful track record reducing employee turnover through training and staff development.
