Tin Cap Hard Cider is looking for a motivated and experienced Bar Manager to lead our front-of-house bar operations. This position is responsible for overseeing bartenders and bar staff, maintaining a positive guest experience, managing inventory, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities Include:- Managing bar staff and daily operations
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar
- Assisting with inventory and ordering
- Handling cash management and accountability
- Training and supporting team members
- Creating a fun, positive, team-oriented atmosphere
- Assisting with social media post
- Leadership and hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, hardworking, and accountable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Full-Time
- Primarily 2nd Shift
- Tuesday–Saturday
