Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial performance.
- Drive revenue through strategic sales, marketing, and revenue management initiatives.
- Cultivate strong relationships within the local community and with key business partners.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability.
- Champion a culture of service, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain brand standards and promote the culture of Columbus Hospitality Management.
- Execute a strong convention services plan to optimize revenue, event operations, and event satisfaction.
Must-Have Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of progressive hotel/resort leadership experience, preferably within a major brand.
- Experience with:
Front Desk, Housekeeping, Laundry, Facility, Food and Beverage, Sales and Marketing, and Guest Service standards. - Proven track record in revenue generation, guest satisfaction, and team development.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and industry‑specific hospitality systems.
- Food and beverage leadership experience overseeing independent outlets and convention center operations.
- Prior renovation experience to guide upcoming event center upgrades.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Renovations
- Familiarity with large conference facility management and event planning.
- Knowledge of Columbus Hospitality Management culture and standards.
- Experience in community outreach and local partnership development.
- Advanced insight into hospitality technology trends and guest experience platforms.
