Training Coordinator

Overview

The position will analyze, evaluate and coordinate the efforts of Aircraft Maintenance Training within the MRO. The Training Coordinator will confer with all levels of Management and various governmental agencies. This position reports to the Supervisor of Maintenance Training.

• Analyze, evaluate and coordinate the efforts of Aircraft Maintenance Training within the MRO.
• Schedule and forecast training classes.
• Records administration, online media and website development and publication.
• Coordinate with management and governmental agencies as needed.

• High School Diploma OR GED
• Proven ability to multitask in a busy office environment with numerous interruptions.
• Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both written and oral, with internal & external customers.
• Ability to work with a diverse workforce.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with demonstrated competency in problem solving.
• Demonstrated ability to use independent judgement, suggest solutions and handle unusual situations in a professional manner.
• Type 35 wpm.

• Proficiency in the Wings computer system.
• Experience working with Adobe Presentation applications, HTML/XML web authoring and Frame Maker for desktop publishing.
• College degree in a technical field.
