Network Technician - PCC

Responsibilities

• Performs moderate to advanced network configuration jobs with minimal to no assistance from Senior Management.
• Validates the Work instruction documents are correct and understandable for the Advanced Technology technicians.
• Communicates with team leader when units are ready for QA.
• Performs all other duties or special projects as assigned.

• Degree requirements:
  Associate Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of network and connectivity technologies, including routing, switching, servers, and cabling infrastructure.
• Basic understanding of IP addressing and subnetting.
• Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and configuration issues using standard tools and procedures.
• Ability to follow technical work instructions and complete tasks accurately.
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer‑centric support.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to troubleshoot with users on the phone.
• Proven ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
