We are seeking experienced heavy equipment maintenance individuals for a seasonal position (October 2025 through April 2026) to support our Equipment Maintenance Team at the Wilmington Ohio Airpark Operations during the winter season. The team will maintain a diverse fleet, including High Speed Runway Snow Brooms, Large Ramp Snow Removal Vehicles, Snow Blowing Equipment, and Snow Plow Trucks.

This position offers flexible scheduling, with a minimum of 16 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week, based on mutual agreement between the technician and management.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on snow and deicing equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and hydraulic diagrams
• Use basic welding skills and troubleshoot gas and diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, etc.
• Change tires and wheels, work independently, and demonstrate proficiency in all areas

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• At least 3 years of industrial, agricultural, or commercial maintenance experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic electrical and mechanical skills, including tool set
• Ability to lift objects up to 75 pounds and work at heights

• Six months of formal automotive or truck maintenance training or five years of relevant experience
• Military AGE/GSE experience
• Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
