Breakdown Coordinator

Starting at $20.39/hr full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 7 pm‑6:30 am.

We are looking for a Breakdown Coordinator to join our Wilmington, OH Service Center. Preferred candidates will be able to answer breakdown calls, diagnose problems with trucks and trailers, guide drivers through temporary repairs, arrange repair services, and bill when the breakdown is completed. This role also involves indexing service sheets, managing lease agreements, scanning forklift operator sheets, creating work orders for PO numbers, and processing invoices.

Other duties as required by management.

• Answer breakdown calls and diagnose truck and trailer issues.
• Guide drivers through temporary repairs; if a repair cannot be completed, arrange repair service and handle billing.
• Index and maintain service sheets, lease agreements, and forklift operator sheet scans.
• Create work orders with PO numbers and process invoices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• 2 years of experience as a tractor/trailer mechanic.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to volunteer for holiday work.
• Willingness to work overtime.
