• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience is beneficial.

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, or facility cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience operating floor-cleaning equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent cleaning schedule.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and sanitation practices preferred.

• Previous experience cleaning commercial, industrial, office, healthcare, educational, or manufacturing facilities is preferred.
• Experience operating floor care equipment, buffers, scrubbers, or other custodial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning chemical usage, sanitation procedures, and workplace safety practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and pride in their work are well positioned for success as a Janitorial Associate.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies, equipment, and trash.
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in various areas of a large facility.

As a Janitorial Associate you will clean and maintain assigned work areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, emptying waste containers, restocking supplies, and performing routine facility upkeep. You will help maintain safe, organized, and sanitary environments while following established cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards.
