This position will provide direction and leadership to Stores department employees to ensure inventory is properly stored, secured and accounted for. Additionally, it will provide inventory receiving oversight to ensure material meets company certification specifications and requirements. The position is also responsible for developing inventory measurements to ensure department efficiency standards are met, as well as providing employee training and creating work schedules for employees.

This position reports to the Stores Manager.

• 5 years experience in a Stores/Stockroom environment
• Has spent time leading and directing a group towards a shared goal
• Willingness to learn to be a better leader and assist others in the same
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proficiency with Inventory Management Software
• Willing to work in a 24/7/365 operation
• Good interpersonal skills
• Positive mindset
• High School Diploma or GED

• 2+ years lead or Supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business
• Aviation industry experience preferred
• Servant leader mentality

• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Ability to work outside periodically
• Ability to climb and lift articles above head
• Ability to work at a height of 20 feet
