LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Planning Supervisor for an opportunity in Wilmington, OH. The planning supervisor provides day-to-day leadership, coordination, and oversight for all planning functions—including both Planning and Booth Planning—ensuring a unified workflow and consistent output quality. This role focuses on team development, operational execution, and ensuring timely, accurate work package preparation and project flow to support aircraft maintenance events.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize work in a multi‑project environment.
• Working knowledge of maintenance processes.
• Three (3) years of lead or supervisor experience in heavy maintenance MRO environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems, and general digital tools.
• Working knowledge of FAA and Federal Aviation Regulations relevant to FAR Part 145 operations.

• A&P License.
• Bachelor’s degree in aviation technology, business, or related technical field.
• Previous planning, production control, or wings experience.
