Location:
Wilmington, OH
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
Schedule:
1st Shift + 2nd Shift + 3rd Shift | Monday - Friday (Must be available for daily and weekly overtime)
Training on the 1st shift for 1 - 4 weeks

Requirements- At least 6 months of machine operation experience (die casting experience a plus)
- Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment
- Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and standing, walking, bending, and stooping throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to train on a different shift for 1-4 weeks

- Start up and shut down die casting machines in accordance with SOPs
- Trim and finish cast parts using wire wheels, hand files, and other tools
- Maintain machine performance through routine cleaning, basic maintenance, and 5S practices
- Inspect parts using visual checks and precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards
- Operate a powered pallet jack to transport materials and baskets
- Perform and record quality checks accurately within the AGSS system
- Complete daily production reports and document downtime or defects
- Identify and segregate non-conforming materials following proper procedures
- Conduct equipment safety checks and follow lockout/tagout protocols
