CNC Mill Operator

Location: Wilmington, OH

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Shift: 6 AM – 2:30 PM (with overtime)

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 1 year of CNC machining or CNC mill setup experience preferred
• Manual machining experience is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret written instructions and technical documents
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and manual machining equipment
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and machining specifications
• Monitor machining operations to ensure product quality and equipment performance
• Inspect machined parts using measuring tools and document quality checks
• Adjust machine settings and replace worn tooling as needed
• Control coolant flow and maintain safe machine operation
• Load and unload CNC programs on applicable machines
• Perform tooling changes
• Maintain quality documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work environment
• Support production goals and perform additional duties as assigned
