The AZEK Group LLC in Ohio is hiring for an Extrusion Operator on rail extrusion lines. Shifts run day (6:45 AM–7:00 PM) and night (6:45 PM–7:00 AM) on a 2/2/3 rotation with a 10% night-shift differential. You will set up, operate, monitor, and maintain extrusion equipment to produce high-quality rail products.
Expect strict SOP, BOP, and OSW adherence, plus precise measurement checks for quality and traceability. A $2,100 sign-on bonus is offered, paid in installments after 3, 6, and 12 months.
