AZEK Company is seeking a Recycling Technician B Crew to join our Wilmington facility on a rotating 12-hour schedule. You will operate extrusion-based recycling equipment, uphold safety standards, and contribute to quality and productivity goals.
Ideal candidates have at least five years in extrusion environments, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a demanding, 24/7 operation.
