This position is eligible for a $3,000.00 Sign-On Bonus!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Blend’s defect free capping per the recipe provided utilizing the blending equipment and work cell.
- Maintains and monitors cap blending material in the racks ensuring there is adequate supply to meet operation demand.
- Communicates with scheduling, purchasing and operations staff to plan and schedule batching to meet operation demand.
- Moves material to and from various locations throughout the plant and into storage racks via fork truck.
- Ensures the area is kept clean and orderly.
- Assists in recycling of cardboard and other waste products.
- Conducts or assists with physical inventory of capping material
- Performs additional material handling duties as needed by supervision/management.
- Performs additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision/management
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience with blending equipment a plus
- Basic computer skills to include:
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment
- Work schedule flexibility, with advance notice, to accommodate needs of the business
