Registered Nurse Staff / Clinical Coach – Tri Health Clinton Regional Hospital Location
Clinton Regional Hospital – 610 W Main St, Wilmington, OH 45177
Work Schedule- Full‑Time (72 hours bi‑weekly)
- Night shift from 7PM – 7AM
- Weekend and holiday rotation

- Competitive shift differentials, up to an additional $10 per hour based on shift, hours worked, and organizational guidelines
- Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing (Required)
- New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire (Required)
- 1‑2 years clinical experience in nursing or related specialty (Required)
- Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet complex healthcare needs at various stages of the life cycle (Required)
- Registered Nurse (Required)
- BLS Upon Hire Required
- Provides direct and indirect holistic care to patients and families, collaborating with physicians and team members to meet patient needs.
- Ensures quality care through assessment, documentation, and communication per unit/Tri Health guidelines.
- Provides orientation and training to new staff, establishing orientation plans and supervising progress.
- Administers medications and treatments safely and monitors effects.
- Uses policies and procedures to guide practice and promotes ethical decision‑making.
- Demonstrate organizational responsibilities: identify self‑improvement areas, function in relief charge/resource roles, complete assignments timely, cooperate with instructors, maintain current knowledge, and understand organizational changes.
- Provide a safe, therapeutic environment and maintain patient autonomy, dignity, and rights while respecting diversity.
- Recognize emergency situations and take appropriate action.
- Document patient assignments and interventions according to clinical data and desired outcomes.
- Train and educate other staff and serve as an expert resource in specialty area.
- Consume technical skills per policy and procedure; administer medications safely.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patient and family, including health counseling and teaching needs, using the triage tool.
- Develop and revise plan of care with patient, family, and healthcare team; collaborates with Unit Leadership for orientation progression.
- Assess new team members’ learning styles and provide tailored training opportunities.
- Complete Nursing Core Competency Orientation Checklists and weekly goal worksheets; review progress with orientee and unit leadership.
