United Dairy Farmers - 395 East Main Street - Responsibilities:
Manage other associates, including assigning and monitoring duties and coaching the Hi Five Guest Experience.;
Provide input to Store Manager for counseling/discipline of associates and conduct screening interviews.;
Oversee store administration including ordering, weekly delivery reports, and transfer of products.;
Ensure high quality guest experience and maintain readiness of store for guests.;
Operate Dip Side guest services, including preparing shakes, sundaes, and hand-packed containers.
