Club Manager

As a Member Services Representative you will provide members with an outstanding experience, encouraging them to achieve their fitness goals.

• Maintain a clean club environment, ensuring members feel the gym’s high standards of cleanliness.
• Assist new and current members with class enrollment and trainer scheduling.
• Introduce new and existing members to Black Card amenities, highlighting benefits.
• Help the team at the welcome desk, checking in members, providing greetings and farewells, and conducting non‑high‑pressure tours.
• Lead by example, showing passion for the job and encouraging members to join the team’s culture.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Accept competitive salaries, PF Black Card membership, and opportunities for advancement.

• Minimum age 18, confirmed by birthdate.
• Passion for helping others and a positive attitude.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50lbs, reaching, and handling chemicals.
• Dependable punctuality and reliability.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch as required.
