Business Account Executive Southwest Ohio Market – Wilmington, London, Greenville, and Eaton, Ohio

Target compensation is $70,000 and up to $120,000 for potential, over achievement at 50% above target.

The Business Account Executive is the face of Omni Fiber within the communities we serve. This role is accountable for increasing the number of Omni Fiber customers and community event representation within the assigned market(s). The Business Account Executive will work to increase the overall subscriber base by primarily conducting face‑to‑face and in‑office sales presentations (such as commercial door‑to‑door selling, local community events, and other activities as assigned).
WhatYou Will Do
- Achieve or exceed a monthly sales quota by selling door‑to‑door to commercial customers, promoting Omni Fiber’s internet, voice, and TV services in assigned territories/communities.
- Perform duties and responsibilities in a professional and courteous manner to promote teamwork, a positive work environment, and to achieve company‑initiated goals and projects.
- Make outbound calls, emails, and conduct in‑person visits to prospects and existing customers to sell new services and recommend product upgrades.
- Participate in activities that promote Omni Fiber products and services, such as trade fairs, city events, informational sessions, etc., during business and non‑business hours, including some evenings and weekends, to generate leads and sales.
- Work cross‑functionally with all Omni Fiber team members to ensure an unparalleled customer journey.
- High School Diploma.
- 1+ years of small/medium business sales cycle experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state‑required auto insurance policy.
- Ability to overcome objections and accept rejection.
- Experience working for an ISP, telecom provider, or other direct‑to‑consumer industries preferred.
- Proficient in computer usage with good typing skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce or other lead management software preferred.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Professional and courteous verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Handles constructive criticism and works well under the direction of others in a goal‑based management system.
