As a Shelter Insurance Agent, you will focus on developing prospects and selling Shelter products in your own agency. You may also bring on staff to help with general administrative duties and support your sales growth.

• Develop prospects and introduce Shelter products to potential customers.
• Build and manage an independent insurance agency.
• Recruit and supervise staff to perform administrative tasks.

• Motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong communication skills in a sales environment.
• Background in real estate, retail sales, education, coaching, or similar backgrounds are advantageous but not required.
• Willingness to complete in‑house and virtual training, along with ongoing industry education.
