• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency
• Successful completion of a fingerprint background check and drug screening
• State Guard card

• Produce access badges in accordance with SLA standards
• Screen associates and determine root cause of activations
• Monitor post activity to ensure facility security and prevent unauthorized access
• Review and store CCTV video of incidents
• Complete logs and incident reports by end of shift
• Respond to alarms in accordance with SLA standards and enter report data into database
• Provide direction and support to associates with security matters
• Conduct patrols and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance issues
• Perform audits as required
• Assist with escort duties and emergency response
• Back‑fill open positions for breaks, lunches, and call‑offs as needed
• Participate in emergency evacuation response
• Additional duties as agreed with management

• Assignments at client sites, both indoors and outdoors
• Prolonged standing and walking during daily security activities
• Open availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as directed
• Various shifts and holidays as assigned
