Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Monitor access control points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.;
Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records, issue access credentials as directed, and communicate entry requirements in a professional manner.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity, damaged access points, and/or conditions that may require follow-up.
