Roofing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Service Foreman in Wilmington Ohio to lead commercial roofing repair and maintenance work.

This role is hands-on and customer-facing, requiring strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and attention to detail. Pay rate is $28-35 DOE and this is a direct-hire!

Responsibilities:

• Inspect commercial roofs and diagnose leak sources
• Perform and oversee repairs on BUR, MB, EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and shingle systems
• Complete inspection and preventative maintenance reports
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and safety requirements
• Supervise crews, track time, enforce safety, and support training
• Communicate with clients, other trades, and internal teams
• Maintain service vehicle cleanliness, inventory, and equipment
• Use field technology and service apps (Centerpoint Connect a plus)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years commercial roofing repair experience (foreman experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and repair methods
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• OSHA and man lift certification (required or preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Physically able to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license with possible company vehicle
