Tri Factor Solutions LLC is seeking a Property/Facility Mechanic I to perform maintenance and improvement tasks across our facilities. The role covers light construction, electrical and mechanical repairs, carpentry, and grounds care, with emphasis on safety and adherence to regulations.
You will inspect properties for safety, perform snow removal, pesticide application with proper PPE, and assist in electrical servicing across multiple buildings. Leadership and independent work are expected.
