We are seeking experienced CDL Class A Drivers to operate quad-axle or larger dump trucks. ** Aggregate Dump Truck Driver Responsibilities:
** 1. Material Hauling & Delivery:
* Haul a variety of materials including asphalt, concrete, stone, RAP (recycled asphalt pavement), and other construction products.
* Safely load and unload trucks at plants, job sites, and customer locations.
* Deliver materials according to dispatch instructions and job specifications.
2. Vehicle Operation & Compliance:
* Perform accurate and complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
* Operate trucks in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
* Maintain and submit mileage, inspection, and delivery logs daily.
3. Preventative Maintenance & Reporting:
* Monitor truck performance and identify issues early.
* Immediately report mechanical problems or safety concerns to supervisors.
* Keep truck clean, safe, and in good working condition.
4. Jobsite & Team Support:
* Assist with unloading by hand or shovel if necessary.
* Follow directions from dispatch and site supervisors.
* Adhere to all safety procedures on jobsites, including OSHA and MSHA regulations.

Qualifications:

*** Valid Class A CDL required.
* 1–3 years of experience operating quad-axle or larger dump trucks.
* Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
* Strong understanding of DOT safety requirements and vehicle compliance.
* Ability to perform minor truck maintenance and complete basic paperwork.
* Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.
* High school diploma or GED preferred.
