- Wilson is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice. The role involves administrative and front office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors.
- Welcoming patients to the dental office
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Keep updated records and files
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.
Your Schedule- Monday
- Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm - Friday: 8am - 3pm
You are a resourceful Patient Care Coordinator that strives to ensure patients receive the experience they deserve. You are a team player adaptable to new and challenging tasks. You are an enthusiastic, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who proactively strives for excellence. You also have the following:
- At least 1-2 years of dental and medical experience
- Marketing experience required
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, etc.)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- A high school diploma
- Desires to help your patients

Position Base Pay Range: $23 USD - $26.96 USD
