As the Sr. Project Engineer, OSD Construction Lead, you will oversee major capital investments and master plan projects within factory operations. You will provide technical leadership in construction management, project execution, and facility operational readiness. This role is accountable for the construction scope of approximately $25–50MM and is responsible for delivering facility construction, CQ, and turnover for OSD operations, including blending, granulation, compaction, coating, and associated corridors, cleaning, and storage areas.

Your expertise will ensure successful project delivery, asset reliability, and alignment with plant performance goals.

• Lead the construction team, including Reckitt staff, the CM firm, and Construction Safety.
• Oversee construction scope and ensure safe, high‑quality project delivery.
• Coordinate with on‑site teams (engineering, system owners, Project Engineering Services).
• Direct daily field activities, track progress, and resolve issues.
• Manage and resolve construction change notices.
• Drive timely milestone completion through proactive field engagement.
• Enforce Reckitt safety standards and maintain a high‑performing site environment.
• Coordinate delivery and installation of owner‑provided equipment.
• Serve as system owner for architectural readiness, commissioning, and CSA acceptance.
• Oversee construction work impacting active facility operations and clean‑construction protocols.
• Review CM monthly cost reports and payment applications.
• Partner with Project Controls on changes, invoices, and monthly reporting.

• 6+ years engineering experience, including 2+ years in capital project management.
• Proven OSD manufacturing engineering experience in operations, maintenance, or capital projects.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or healthcare manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical construction methods and OSD equipment installation.
• Knowledge of hygiene design, cleanroom electrical standards, and validation practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and project‑management/scheduling tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; effective cross‑functional leadership.
• Solid grasp of project execution lifecycle with a results‑driven, execution‑focused approach.
• Willing to travel up to 20% and work full‑time on construction sites as needed
