Director, Site Communications – U.S., Human Health Manufacturing

Role:
Lead strategic and operational communications for U.S. Human Health manufacturing sites, including Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia, and Delaware, supporting pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and biologics.

• develop and execute site-specific and global communication strategies;
• manage a team of four site communicators;
• handle high-profile, sensitive issues such as safety incidents, regulatory enforcement, and organizational changes;
• coordinate external relations with media, community, and government stakeholders;
• support crisis and issues management;
• ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards;
• measure communication effectiveness via KPIs;
• and collaborate with cross-functional partners across regions.

• bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field;
• 8+ years of experience in pharma, healthcare, med tech, or regulated industries;
• extensive experience in multi-site and international communications;
• proven crisis management skills;
• strong understanding of US and global pharma regulations;
• exceptional oral and written communication skills;
• ability to influence senior leaders and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
