Safety Manager | Wilson, NC

Responsibilities

The Safety Manager supports specific project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and enhance a culture of safety.

* Oversee all aspects of the commercial construction project within the pharmaceutical facility ensuring OSHA compliance

* Conduct daily safety meetings

* Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations

* Daily safety audits and inspections

* Oversee all subcontractors and contractors

* Write job hazard analysis (JHA) and health & safety plans (HASP)

Qualifications

* Minimum 7+ years direct construction safety experience required

* Working knowledge pharmaceutical safety protocols

* OSHA 510 required

* Advance knowledge of construction safety standards

* Great verbal and written communication

* Ability to coach and mentor in all facets of the construction safety process

* Proficient Microsoft Office skills

$110,000-$130,000
