Aaron’s Rocky Mount location is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers on payments and lease renewals, helping them move closer to ownership. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to ensure satisfaction and successful renewals.
The role requires maintaining customer accounts, contacting non-renewing customers, and supporting revenue and renewal goals while assisting with merchandise returns and deliveries.
