Procurement Specialist

Pay Rate: $30/Hour
Shift
Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
- Process supplier and/or GBS inquiries and escalations
- Prioritize urgency of inquiries and process responses accordingly
- Resolve yourself where possible and respond to supplier
- Use FAQs where applicable
- Understand escalation points and route to responsible party(s) for resolution
- Build and maintain responsible party directory
- Tracking and Reporting Monitor flow of inquiries into central mailbox
- Tracking and Reporting Monitor response resolution through completion Disciplined follow-up with responsible party(s) to close out inquiries in a timely manner
- Daily / weekly reporting of total inquiries, total resolved, total in process
- Language:
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required - Additional languages:
Proficiency in German, French, and/or Spanish would be considered an advantage - Strong problem solving and people skills: suppliers and end-users
