Industrial Engineer - Level 2

Location: Wilson, NC, 4200 Airport Dr, BLDG 4200, US-NC-WILSON-4200

What You Will Do:

Analyze production workflows, facility layouts, and equipment utilization to improve efficiency and productivity.
Develop, maintain, and optimize labor standards, routings, and work instructions.
Perform time studies, bottleneck analysis, capacity assessments, and ergonomic evaluations.
Identify waste and non‑value‑added activities; identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
Create and maintain process flow diagrams and standard work documentation.
Design and optimize factory layouts using Draft Sight or AutoCAD to enhance production flow.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and methodologies.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a STEM degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or knowledge in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization principles.
Experience using Draft Sight, AutoCAD, or equivalent software.
Manufacturing experience.
Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and data‑driven decision making.
Effective communication and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.

Salary Range:

$68,900 - $131,100 USD per year.
