Job Description

Child Development Schools is looking for a School Director to lead daytime operations, promote enrollment, and create a supportive learning environment.

• Lead and inspire a talented team of educators, fostering collaboration and a positive culture
• Implement and maintain health, safety, and licensing standards that keep kids safe and happy
• Strategically grow enrollment through effective marketing and community outreach
• Manage daily school operations, from staffing and budgeting to parent communications and record‑keeping

• Proven leadership experience in early childhood education – 3+ years preferred
• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
