As a HSE LOTO Construction Coordinator Professional, you’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. We are looking for a passionate Construction Professional in Wilson, NC who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.

• As a HSE LOTO Construction Coordinator Professional, you’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery.
• Developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules to help our teams achieve client objectives.
• Multi-task effectively, communicate clearly, and tackle project challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in expert mentorship opportunities to support you and your team’s growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, safety or related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• 5+ years of HSE coordinator experience
• OSHA 30 certificate required
• Demonstrated knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems
• Ability to read and understand comprehensive drawings for process equipment
• Thorough understanding of energy isolation and control of hazardous energy

• Proficient in Microsoft applications and familiar with cloud-based services
• Experience in a construction management role
• OSHA 30 Hour Training (construction), or 500, 501 preferred
• Experience in Life Sciences construction projects

Wilson, NC; onsite involvement as required by the nature of the role.

The base salary range for this position is $92,100.00 to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
